What started as a favorite work shirt grew into a collaboration anchored on capturing the Western lifestyle and the beauty of the American landscape.
A Work Uniform
Beau has been photographing working ranches for years, documenting the lives of cowboys across diverse landscapes.
More often then not, he's doing it in a Western Denim Snap Shirt, a favorite thanks to its durability and comfort. Whether the encounter was with weather, brush, or wildlife, the shirt had him covered.
Bonded over a mutual admiration for the Cowboy way of life and things done right, we set out to develop a version of the shirt for Beau that would also further a cause we both feel strongly about.
After a year of development, a custom range-green hue was ready, inspired by the Western landscape Beau documents: juniper brush, pine shadow, weathered tack, and deep hues of early-morning light on the range.
Like all of our gear, it gets put to the test in the field, so we joined Beau and the crew at Q Creek Ranch in Shirley Basin, WY to watch masters of their craft at work.

A portion of shirt sales will be donated to Cowboy Artists of America and the Joe Beeler Foundation to support their mission of preserving and promoting the legacy of the American West through fine art and authentic storytelling.

This was my first purchase of a Schaefer product and was a little hesitant at first because of the price. I pulled the trigger after reading reviews and doing some research on the brand. This shirt is worth every penny !!! The craftsmanship and quality of the fabric is amazing. The snaps look rich and elegant. The fabric is soft and has a little stretch to it. I am sold…. going to purchase this shirt in every color. Oh, and the customer service over the phone is an A+
FYI- I originally ordered a size Medium but had to exchange it for a Large, due to my long arms. So if you are about my height and weight, you could get away with a Medium…. unless you have long arms

No question that these are great work shirts, however, they make great casual shirts as well. I have several colors that I wear every week. SRO offers many colors and sizes to choose from. Of special note is that these shirts are 97% cotton twill and 3% elastane which means they stretch. That's great for the shoulder, arms and length. Just enough stretch and "give" to make the shirt feel great on work days. I take good care of my clothing because they are costly these days. I wash these shirts in cold water, air dry only for about 30 minutes (no heat) and finish hanging dry. The colors hold up nicely. One of my favorite SRO long sleeve men's snap shirts. Very happy with my purchase.

Excellent shirt! Beefy construction with a genius fabric. The stretch component is a game changer. This baby molds to body form for a great fit with plenty of room. Seems like it it built to last forever.

This being the first shirt received from Schaeffers I am thouroughly pleased with all: It is a very practical fit, the buttons snap away very handily and I, best of all, the quality of the fabric seems heavy and yet very soft and cozy. Bravo! Will definetly not be my last denim shirt from Schaeffer!
