Women's Helena Down Vest

The vest itself is stunning, fits well and warm. What is not stunning is the cheap plastic zipper which was an extremely disappointing feature. The vest doesn’t need a double zipper, it’s not long enough to warrant the need to open both ends, it just makes it harder to zip and unzip, and if you don’t line both zippers up, creates a situation where the zipper gets stuck.

I have loved this vest. Adds a lot of versatility to my layering options. Have worn in 0 degree weather with a wool sweater out riding and have been super warm! When you get home and take it off you can feel the heat just leave your core body in a wave.

My wife absolutely loves it. Shes a true XS to XXS anc it fire perfectly. Said its extremely warm and well made. We take daily heathly walks on out land through our many trails, some of which have not been cleared for spring yet, so we’re encountering a fair amount of thorns and briar and the fabric stands up to them well and doesnt snag! I wear the mens full down jacket that is similar and its been amazing as well. Love all things Schaefer!
