Refund policy

If our product doesn't meet your expectations for whatever reason, simply return it to us for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price, unused, within 60 days of receipt. Items returned after the 60 days will be on an inspection basis only. For online returns, please utilize our online returns portal or give our customer experience team a call for assistance. Be sure to enclose the packing slip form provided with the return shipping label so we know what actions are needed for the order. Lastly, please make sure the return is properly insured for its full value since packages can get lost in transit. We will not refund an amount for a product we never received.
