In order to prevent the transfer of oils, avoid prolonged contact between RangeWax goods and light-colored fabrics. Do not wash. Do not dry clean. Do not starch or iron. Do not store wet garment in confined area. Do not hang on radiators, expose to naked flame, or use artificial heat to dry. To extend the life of this garment; hang to dry naturally. Sponge with cold water when soiled and brush off grit with a soft brush. Periodically reproof seams, areas of abrasion, and any other areas that begin to look dry, with refinishing ointment. Be aware that essential re-proofing may mark other clothing or fabrics particularly when unlined garments are worn.

    Great purchase!

    At 5’9” and 148 lbs, the Small fits me well, slightly fitted, but with enough room for a merino sweater underneath. I’m a size 38 sport coat. I have 2 other Schaefer jackets, 1 coat and a vest, and their Small seems to work best for my frame. The ‘Gold’ color is fantastic, too. Keep wearing it, as the jacket will start to break in, fit you even better, and take on a weathered look that is handsome.
