    Quality Rules!

    This belt sports a very unique style that I have never seen before. It is very stiff right out of the package; but it loosens and conforms to my waistline after each use. It looks good with jeans or dress pants. As I have said in other reviews, this belt, as well as other Schaefer products are not cheap; but high quality in craftsmanship is priceless. I now have all colors in the Classic Ranger line as foundation belts for every color scheme.

    Great belt - with a twist

    First, it is a very well made belt: thick, quality leather, even color throughout, solid buckle. Not too wide. Great, classic styling. Will wear with pleasure.

    My surprise was the “double keeper”, a term I was not familiar with. It refers to, apparently, a strip of leather beneath the tongue of the belt which slides under the buckle end of the belt, with the tongue of the belt going through the buckle and secured by the pin in the buckle. It is new to me as a way of securing the belt. Sorry it was not more evident in the photos.
