I love the classic look of the vest and once I got it on, I didn't want to take it off.
The sizing feels a bit off to me. I got a large and as a bustier woman, that size has worked in most clothing brands. To my surprise, the Cheyenne vest is a bit too full across my chest and where it's fullest doesn't really match to where I am. But better too big than too small and I know the Medium would not fit.
I find the fabric to be too thick in the back to be able to use the snaps on the back to give is a better fit. The fabric bunches and bulges.
Lastly: One area of concern, out of the packaging, the zipper kept got jammed up with the liner fabric near the bottom of the vest as I was unzipping the vest to try it on. My husband had to help with it. I put the vest to the side to return, but tried it out one more time and it's worked without a hitch the last two times I've worn it.
