The vest is true to size ... I'm usually between L & XL and this XL vest has just the right amount of room to move around freely working ... the canvas is fantastic quality and not thin ... the riveted buttons are heavy duty as well ... this vest will last me many years from now ... I do highly recommend this particular vest ...
