    Good Ranch Coat

    I wear several layers . . . T-shirt, Henley & Schaefer denim shirt. This coat slides right over it all. It’s not insulated - heavy wind blocking canvas with a super nice lining. I love the inside phone pocket and the tall turn up collar. The design is made for movement - arms have complete freedom to move. I bought 2 - one for me and my son. Only complaint is the heavy duty zipper is hard to get started.

    So far I love it. Fit is great, except arm length is slightly long, but adjustable cuffs takes care of this. Good fit for layering in very cold weather, quality made. Pocket closures are good. Not so tight that it feels you are going to pull the whole coat off when trying to open the pocket, but secure enough that what goes in will stay there. A good work coat, but also nice enough looking to wear for any casual wear. Looking forward to years of wear. OH! The hand warming pockets are great, I can get my big hands in them easily.

    Canvas Ranch Jacket, quilted lined. Note this is a medium heavy jacket. It has heft!

    I was a little surprized at the weight. This jacket is hefty. It has not been warm enough this week in Tennessse to try it out. Weather in Tennessee valley changes, next week will be different.
