    In order to prevent the transfer of oils, avoid prolonged contact between RangeWax goods and light-colored fabrics. Do not wash. Do not dry clean. Do not starch or iron. Do not store wet garment in confined area. Do not hang on radiators, expose to naked flame, or use artificial heat to dry. To extend the life of this garment; hang to dry naturally. Sponge with cold water when soiled and brush off grit with a soft brush. Periodically reproof seams, areas of abrasion, and any other areas that begin to look dry with refinishing ointment. Be aware that essential re-proofing may mark other clothing or fabrics particularly when unlined garments are worn.

      Nice Jacket, but not for winter

      This is an excellent jacket, but recognize that it is not sufficiently lined for winter. It is basically a light weight garment that can accept only a light weight supplement like a sweatshirt or heavy sweater. I tried a size up from my regular size to see if this would take a heavier liner and found that this did not work. The larger size was the wrong proportions for me with a suitable winter liner. I exchanged it for my regular size and am very pleased. The fit is good and the jacket is well made.

      Had no idea how awesome this jacket was until it arrived...The material is super durable and will look even better as I wear it around town....love the leather collar and zippers...Definitely, my new go to for stomping in NYC. Thanks, Schaefer for making such a great product...blows away my Barbour coat in case some of you are wondering .
