Exactly what I was looking for. I’m 5’ 8” 200 lbs so, overweight. I am broad shouldered though with an 38”waist and wear a large shirt. Was conflicted regarding whether I should get a large vest or XL. VERY happy ordered XL! In my estimation, this vest runs slightly small, it fits just fine over my large shirts, could even stand to loose a few lbs to give it a bit more room.
Has Large arm holes and extends down to the shoulder ever so slightly but gives you plenty of room to raise or extend your arms without binding or pulling the vest up your torso.
Construction is excellent. Lapel Does Not extend around the back of the neck allowing a jacket or overcoat to lay well without the added layer of material behind your neck.
Only con, leather could be a bit more supple.

Great vest
This vest is well constructed, quality leather. Got a LgTall and it fit snug. Wanted a kisser fit, ordered an XLgTall. Slightly wide in the shoulders but fit great otherwise. Just what I was looking for.

Full Grain
When I saw full grain I knew it’d be perfect for a horse farm piece. The quality is nice, it’s thick and not fragile like many of the “Genuine leather “ (low quality) pieces you find most places. This will hold up to riding horses or taking the wife out dancing.
I usually wear an XL but I ordered a 2XL as I will wear this over thick flannel shirts and want some room for a big steak and potato in my belly.
