Carson Jacket

This jacket is lightweight, reasonably warm and wind resistant but not waterproof. It is roomy enough to comfortably layer a fleece vest or pullover underneath without being too baggy. I'm 5'9" and about 165# and a Medium fits perfectly. The sleeves are not too long and have velcro tabs to easily adjust the wrists. There are ample pockets which you can never have too many of. There's a quick adjust drawstring on both sides which allow you to tailor the fit somewhat. My only complaint is the fabric lining the sleeves has texture to it which makes putting your arms in without bunching up your shirt sleeves up difficult. I don't think it would be warm enough in sub-freezing temperatures but haven't tested that out.
