XLT size fits me well. I usually wear hard-to-find 38" sleeves, these are a little longer than most xlt shirts, which is nice. Fit in the body is nice for 6'4" 210 lbs., if you are overweight or have a big belly you may want to look at a larger size or something else. Tails are long enough to stay tucked in. Fabric is heavy weight but soft, seams and edges are nearly all triple row stitched. Excellent fit and quality overall especially for a cowboy work shirt. Best I've found.
